At Planet X, we want to ensure your gear helps you reach peak performance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible sports equipment and apparel within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate the Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the equipment is unused and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
